Date and Time: Sept 25th - Nov 20th, 2014. Thursday mornings from 10am - 12:30pm.

Class Description:

Knowledge of basic color theory will help you create paintings with a sense of light, atmosphere and mood. Classroom assignments will examine the properties and personalities of a selected palette of colors. Lessons will then go one step beyond the usual value sketch to planning a color design for each painting assignment. The instructor will provide the images for most of the classes.
